Recently, I completed a project that used VBA to interface an SLC with an older version of Outlook to send text messages to multiple cell phones alerting operators and managers about problems with their boiler, air compressors, and well system.
Here's a free sample of a Visual Basic Application that I created. This is a Windows Application that should work ok with Windows XP and later versions. It's a simple version of Tic Tac Toe. There's not many control systems that have algorithms as complex as is needed to play Tic Tac Toe. The game is free. To downlod it, right click the link and select "Save Target As". Inside the Zip file is a setup program and an MSI program. Either should work ok to put the game on your system.
